The Fetim Group is an international trading corporation that specialises in the designing, sourcing, purchasing, marketing, logistics and selling of products for professional trade customers and do-it-yourself chains. We are active throughout the world.

Fetim's history began on October 1, 1919, when "Fijnhouthandel Haarlem" was established. It was a timber trading company that focused on the import of hardwood from Germany, Belgium, Yugoslavia and Japan. It mainly concentrated on the wood types oak, beech, satin walnut, mahogany and teak. Back then, the individual logs were loaded and unloaded by hand, and the wood was transported using handcarts and horse-towed barges.

A lot has changed since then.

Today, our range of products includes items that have nothing to do with wood; in addition to parquet and constructive materials, our large product groups now include decorative materials of glass, metal and plastic. Additionally, our logistics division uses an ultra modern distribution centre with a state-of-the-art computerised warehouse management system.

As a result, the Fetim Group currently focuses on adding value to the distribution channel for both manufacturers and customers. An extremely intricate European distribution network enables us to serve customers in virtually all EU countries. Our product development is focused on creating unique product concepts. It is these product concepts that enable the Fetim Group to provide the added value that others cannot offer.This allows us to stay ahead of the competition.
