Fetim has set up its organisation in such a way that it is able to provide both existing and potential customers with the best possible products and solutions.

Management reviews are drawn up regularly in order to evaluate our performance against to our aim to be "the best in the business". Using key performance indicators we assess our management system: is the company organised in such a way that we can realise our goals in an adequate and current manner? This also includes the assessment of the customer satisfaction and customer services. We then measure the results of our most important processes, against the key performance indicators. We do so by continuously comparing our attainment against our measurable goals and by constantly improving our processes.

Fetim is certified by the TÜV and complies with the NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard.
